Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Ejaculation During Sleep

i am 26 years and of 94kg.i am having problem of nightfall with less discharge and also it is like water.after nightfall i also have problem of frequent urination and slight burning sensation on tip of the penis which decrease after intake of medicine but again reappear when nightfall take place.

* Nocturnal ejaculation is normal & there is no treatment of it .
* Diabetes is a prime suspicious in your case .
* Night frequency of urination is not normal & has to be evaluated in terms
of physical examination , supportive data as Fasting blood sugar, Serum
creatinine , 24 hour urine pH monitoring , Uroflowmetry & Ultrasound of
the abdomen & pelvis
* So obviously the treatment of frequent urination will be only after
evaluations in details.
