Suggest Treatment For Frequent Stomach Upset Problems

My stomach gets up set after every 10-12 days. I have irregular bowels, due to this high gas, it pushes stool, & suppose to go toilet 3-4 times a day. Also force of gas bottom pain due to small wound. When I take Satrogyl 300, 3 tablets a day, somehow I recover & but after 10-12 day same problem. Please guide.

-Avoid chewing gum.
-Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such as vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
-Use lactose-free dairy products.
