Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of frequent nose bleeds which seems to be due to

- Nasal and sinus infections

- Nasal foreign body

- Exposure to warm, dry air for prolonged periods of time

- Underlying systemic pathology

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to

- Avoid frequent blowing of nose.

- Avoid touching or pricking nose with any sharp object.

- Do nasal saline rinses.

You should consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Doctor may order CT scan and blood test along with nasal endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with nasal decongestants.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
