Suggest Treatment For Frequent Nose Bleed And Headaches

My husband has been having 3-4 nose bleeds in one week, headache at the base of the skull, nausea, no energy. Everything I can find says high blood pressure, but we check it frequently and it s not high. The nose bleeds are always on the left side. I can t get him to go to the doctor.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

His situation could be related to a sinus infection. For this reason, I recommend performing a sinus X-ray study and some blood lab tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR) for inflammation. You should discuss with his doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
