Suggest Treatment For Frequent Heart Palpitations, Breathlessness And Vomiting

Hi I am a 50 year old woman. 5 weeks ago I had a 3 day stay in hospital due to heart palpitations. I was given and Echo and sent home with bisoprolol of which I take 1 x day. A few days later I was fitted with a 24 hr heart monitor and went back and was told that I was fine. Everything has been relatively ok until today when my palpitations started getting really frequent again and pretty heavy. A few moments ago I had one that lasted around 30 mins where I could barely breath with it and in the end needed to vomit. At the time of writing my resting heart rate is 118 - 129. Is it worth going back to A & E or should I just wait it out?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you already been to hospital and even had heart monitor and that all went unremarkable, so your symptoms may not be due to heart but this could be something else, so just wait for some time, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
