Suggest Treatment For Frequent Cough, Cold And Fever

Hi I am 21years old female.
I am Having Problems Related To Cold,caughs And Fever Since Childhood. And I Experience These Frequently.
My Body Is Sensitive. I Have Hay Fever Too And Have Dust Allergy.
Recently I got Cold And Had Cengestion Which hasn't Been Cured Properly Though. I Visited Yesterday A General Physician Cum Cardiologist He Prescribed Me Medicines And gave Blood Test,spirometry And Chest Xray.
I Sometimes get Breathing Problem Also Not That Frequently Though. Is It Anything Serious? I Mean Is There A Problem?
And Have Bp 140/90.
