Suggest Treatment For Foot Pain And Swelling In My Feet
I have had foot pain and swelling in my feet for several days now - pain is mostly in the front bottom foot at the part I call the ball of my foot. There are new callus type thick skin on the inside of my heel at the front of that bone where the arch starts. These are on both feet. What could be causing this to start up all of sudden?

Depending yon your age the foot type might be changing and causing abnormal pressure on the ball of your foot. I would suggest you shave down those calluses and get either Powerstep or Superfeet inserts to see if you can alleviate the callus pain. if not then you may want to see a foot doctor
