Suggest Treatment For Foot Pain Along With Tingling Sensation

My mother is 84, pre-diabetic , takes Janumet (spelling?), has foot pain, tingling, etc... Recently, her feet which became discolored occasionally have begun to turn dark (blue/purple) and remain that way for days on end. She is convinced there is no reason to see a doctor, as there is nothing more they can do to help her. Can you give me some insight to options that might help her so I can persuade her to see a doctor? Additionally, is there a certain specialist I should be looking look for - she currently only sees a GP and a vein specialist...

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, either it is diabetes or no diabetes, it is advisable to get done the blood sugar test of all the three conditions like random, post meal, and fasting and if tested value are beyond the reference range then it is the diabetes still clinical condition would be correlated else it may not be diabetes, if nothing like that found then it may not be diabetes and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
