Suggest Treatment For Foot Cramps, Headache And Dizziness
i jus kinda wanna confirm my right foot cramps up an my toes sometimes split apart an there spazzing. i usually try to walk it off. i try to drink enough water . my feet will be really cold even under a blanket an my feet seem to be cramping more often. i get these rare headaches manily at night before sleep. i get like blackout dizzy for about 15-30 sec sometimes if i stand up to fast. is that all signs of Hypocalcemia. I was up all last night cuz my foot would not stop. i tried evelating it massaging it
