Hi welcome to HCM.
Recent fluctuations in the blood pressure can be strongly attributed to the hypothyroidism.Correction of hypothyroidism with external T4/thyroxine supplementation can bring back the thyroid function to normal and avoid further cardiac fluctuations. This can take sometime as long as 6 months depending on the degree of hypothyroidism. Its extremely important for you to get a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional echo to assess your cardiac reserve tracking.Drugs like beta blockers can control your blood pressure.Consult your doctor for further help.Thank you
