Suggest Treatment For Flu Symptoms With Full Body Rash And Vomiting

HI THERE,SO THE PAST TWO DAYS I VE HAD THE FLU SYMPTOMS RUNNY NOSE, SORE THROAT ,HEADACHE JUST GENERALLY FEELING TIRED.YESTERDAY WHEN I WOKE UP I HAD A MILD ITCHY RASH ON MY LEFT ARM AND SOME ON MY KNEES JUST THOUGHT I MAY HAVE BEEN BITTEN BY SOMETHING THROUGH OUT THE NIGHT THAT MORNING I ALSO VOMITED BUT IT WAS JUST THE ONE TIME THIS MORNING I WAKE UP FIND MY SELF BASICALLY COVERED IN THESE SPOTS.DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT MAY BE?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of flu with full body rash and vomiting which can be caused by bacterial or viral infection.

Generally it starts with fever and ends up with rashes on body. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination.

- Do warm saline gargles.

- Maintain oral hygiene.

- Drink one spoon of honey mix with glass of lukewarm water.

- You should take steam inhalation along with vaporizers. Avoid hot, sharp , spicy food.
