General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history Of beingsuffering from fistula in ano 8.75 cm and you want it operated.
Since you have written the size, it is understood the a fistulogram has already been done.
I would advise you the following:
MRI fistulogram to know the type whether high or low.
Ksarsutra is an established method of fistulectomy and you can definitely go for it. But remember that you have to get the thread change every week till it cuts and heals the whole tract.
Also take an opinion of a General Surgeon
Have proper food habits.
Sitz bath.
Multivitamins for good healing.
