Suggest Treatment For Fissures On The Glans Of Penis
I have sure fissures on the glans of penis and I have no idea how to fix this issue. I have tried using shea butter and use vaseline during and after masturbation. They do not hurt but it looks odd it is also more centralized towards the ridge of the head.

It can be due to phimosis - if you have foreskin. If not, you have fissure in gland penis - it can be due to infection. Need to check tour blood sugar. Share a picture for confirmation.
