Suggest Treatment For Fifth Disease

My daughter, we just found out, has fifth disease. She has been incubating it for some time, as she currently is beginning to show signs of the rash. I m sure I ve been exposed to it several years ago, and am confident that I m immune. If I am immune, can I pass it along to a one day old newborn? But if I am not, and I do pass it on to him, is he in greater danger of complications, being so young?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Fifth disease is mild,non-serious viral infection with typical rashes ,it passes of without any side effects within few days. No need to worry about even if baby is small. Perhaps you are immune and haven't passed infection to her.
