Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia

Hello my doctor says I have fibromyalgia while my pain specialist says I have myofascial chronic condition. The problem is my episodes are months if not years apart where I am a healthy 25 year old male, when extreme stressful situations come that I can not, not stress over so therapy does not work. I have taken muscles relaxers stress medication depressants Neurontin and a handful of other meds they have triesd the problem is the episodes come and go and when they come I am on the ground crying and I have taken a bat to the mouth and laughed. the pain starts in the backs and emanates to the ribs but it jumps all around the back. None of the doctors seem to know exactly what the cause is or at least how to stop it. it stops me from eating sleeping and drinking I m completely immobilized.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As a first line of management, you can take analgesics like Tramadol for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
