Suggest Treatment For Fibromyalgia, MPS, Bilateral SI Joint Pain And Tailbone Pain

Hello, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Myofasical Pain Syndrome. I have had two 360 ALIF followed by MVA five weeks after both. Now I have bilateral SI joint Pain and Tailbone pain on a chronic level. I have sciatica and DDD, Spondoylitis, bone spur at the fusion level, mild effacement of the ventral CSF, budging disc, a fatty deposit at the thoracic 10/11 level. Constant and chronic pain now for 14 years. There are some other factors as well, but for me to have had this since I was 21 until now,36, it concerns me if I could ever get better or have a child. What is your opinion as far as treatments?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You need combination of drugs for your problem.

But each drug must be given only after your physical examination.

Drugs include aceclofenac + thiocochicoside combination three times a day, fluoxitine, pregabalin at night.

You need to do yoga daily.

Have balanced diet including seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Avoid smoking and alcohol.

I hope you have got your answer.

Thanks.

Dr.Singh.
