Suggest Treatment For Fibroadenosis

Hi Sir,My GF diagnosed with fibroadenosis on the left breast. Doctor said that this is common and suggested to take the below medicine.Evion 400 mg Primosa 1000 mg She found from internet that Primosa have lot of side effect. She is already having some stomach issues because of some neuro medicine. Is that ok for her to take this medicine or how can we control this fibroadenosis.

Noted that your girlfriend has fibroadenosis in the left breast, advised by her Doctor to take Evion 400 and Primosa 1000 and she is already taking some medicines for Neurological problems.
Yes, Primosa can can cause lots of side effects hence better avoided. Continue Evion 400.
Secondly, fibroadenosis is a permanent problem that is not reversible and is affected by her hormonal changes every month.
Hence if the lesions are small, it is advisable to get excision of the mass and send for histopathology examination.
This way she will get rid of the mass and there will no symptoms related to it.
If she does not have any pain or so, not taking any medicines is the best policy as there is no curative medical treatment.
Discuss with her, her Surgeon or Gynecologist and go ahead as decided by consensus.
