Hi,

You are experiencing the symptoms of lactose intolerance. Take Antacids, Pantoprazole-40, one sos daily for 7-10 days & Spasmol, one sos when pain to get relieved from the discomfort. Take adequate fibre in your diet, stay well hydrated. Get physically examined, you may need antibiotics.

Lactose intolerance is commonly caused by IBS, gastroenteritis, Celiac or Crohn's disease. Get investigated & evaluated. Your treatment will depend upon the severity of the disease detected. Avoid taking food made of milk or milk products, avoid processed food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
