Hello and welcome to HCM,
High grade fever associated with pus cells in urine suggests urinary tract infection (UTI).
UTI is treated with antibiotics.
Recurrence of fever after treatment of fever may be due to recurrence of fever.
I suggest you to get a urine examination- routine and microscopy.
In addition, a urine culture and drug sensitivity done to identify the cause of infection and to select approriate antibiotic for its treatment.

Thanks and take care
