Suggest Treatment For Fever, Stiffness On Neck And Headaches

I live in Redding CA. A week and a half ago I woke up with a fever and my neck was very stiff and sore , I also had a bad headache. Since then I have had chronic fatigue and joint soreness and stiffness. I did notice I was bitten by a mosquito. Should I be alarmed and go in to be checked or will this go away on its own?
