Suggest Treatment For Fever, Stiffness On Neck And Headaches
I live in Redding CA. A week and a half ago I woke up with a fever and my neck was very stiff and sore , I also had a bad headache. Since then I have had chronic fatigue and joint soreness and stiffness. I did notice I was bitten by a mosquito. Should I be alarmed and go in to be checked or will this go away on its own?
Welcome to HCM. I am sorry to hear about your problem. I will try my best t help you out here. I would recommend that you visit the emergency department of your nearest hospital immediately to rule out any serious causes of this condition. Most infections are easily controllable with appropriate medications nowadays. Your condition warrants thorough investigation. I would once again emphasize to visit the nearest emergency department so that they could investigate your condition properly. I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to contact if you have any further questions.
sincerely, Dr. Waqas Hayat.
