Suggest Treatment For Fever In An Infant

Hello Doctors, my 8 months old baby boy has been given Alex-P for 3 days/3 times as suggested by pediatrician. Today is 3rd and last day for the dose, he had fever 99.6 degrees in the morning. After 1 hour its reduced to 98 degrees. Could you suggest on how to proceed ?

Hello.
Actually, a temperature of 99.6 is at most a very low-grad fever and not by itself anything to be concerned about. Unless he's having symptoms like ear pulling or difficulty swallowing from pain or a cough he doesn't need any more treatment at this point
