Suggest Treatment For Fever , Diarrhea And Vomiting

Hello, My daughter has a fever of 102.3 and is vomiting diareah Our town is stricken with the Flu virus all kinds of people are testing positive with infulenza B What can she take that is non prescription that will help her. She has tried Theraflu and Tylenol. Nothing is getting rid of her fever. Any suggestions?

Dear- I understand your concern about your daughter. There is a possibility that she might have the Flu, which needs an specific medication for it to help to clear it faster. However, is important to keep her hydrated,administer an analgesic as ibuprofen or acetaminophen and that should help the fever. If she still with the same symptoms for more than 72 hrs,she will need to see a primary care doctor for medical treatment to avoid complications.
