my baby is one year two months and has high temperature on the upper body especially in the head. has also a cough and running noose. this has gone for two weeks now. have gone to the pedetrician and was given cough syrup a paracetamol and cetrizyne. she is still not well and sometimes the hands are very cold

Give her warm mist nabulization. Give Tylenol infantile for fever every 4 hourly until she gets ok. Give cough syrup if needed. Benadryl is good for flu symptoms, and you may continue that too.
