Suggest Treatment For Fever , Cough And Breathing Trouble

I took my 4 year old son to doctor today for low grade fever, cough, wheezing sound, and rapid breathing. They said lungs were clear and throat fine. He still has shallow rapid breathing with a fast heart rate (135-140). I'm still uneasy with his breathing. Is there anything else I should be watching for or doing.

Hello there!
Thank you for trusting HCM.
As per history given by you, your son is suffering from viral infection. Which is common and patient is treated for the symptoms like for fever, breathing difficulty, cough medicine, rest and proper hydration, oxygen therapy etc. If properly treated it has good outcome. Some setup started using anti-viral drugs.

Regards!
