Suggest Treatment For Fever And Itchy Rashes In A Child

Sir my six year girl suffering from fever for last 26 days..she had admitted hospital in last april for 25 days relating dungue fever. At present she is suffering fever with itching and red rashes on her body. Doctors priscribed paracetamol like calpol , dolobar 250 vamol 250.but fever is not decrease. It comes every 6 or 7 hours. Why it happen so? Is there any viral fever? I

Hello dear. Fever can be due to several causes. Blood investigations should be done again. Complete blood count, malaria, dengue, typhoid tests have to be done. Only then we can come to conclusion. If everything comes negative it might be just a viral infection.
