Dengue is prevalent in your region , so test for it by serological test for dengue by IG M antibody detection done.... Check for neck stiffness by touching your chin to chest .... If it feels difficult to touch chin to chest , possibilities of meningitis like infection can be there for which lumbar puncture needed. Symptomatic treatment done.... Antihistaminic drug can be given for congestion . Drink more water. Avoid excess spicy and fatty foods. Steam inhalation also helpful in congestive symptoms...
