Hello. I wanted to know if anyone can help me. I have been nauseated, dizzy and no energy whatsoever for 4 days straight now. Threw up on the first day and thought it was the food I had ate. I have a fever along with it and it hits me to where I am so so hot. Right now I have it but maybe inside because I cannot stop sweating.
What is wrong with me?????
I took some advil finally today and I have been very jiterry.
I contacted the Doctors office and they said it sounded like dehydration. WHAT? But what about this fever everyday???
With the current provided info I cant precisely tell you what is wrong with you, might be some food poisoning or gastric viral infection cant really tell.
Its very important to measure your body temperature.
Regardless of the reason proper hydration will help with compensating the amount of water lost in the previous couple of days.
HI Well come HCM Viral infection is likely, if I would be treating doctor, then I would treat this case with Tab Acetaminophen and Domperidone as per needed, and Tab omeprazole 40 mg once in day, hydration is matter take care, if the symptoms does not improved within days then this could need blood test no need to worry about this, take care. (Comment:- There are many symptoms some time disturbs the person which are totally irrelevant and nonspecific )
