Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can have mostly viral influenza upper respiratory tract infection. It can occur from surrounding environment when our immunity low. So it can be treated symptomatically with decongestant like Phenylephrine or Levocetirizine for 5 days. Salt water gargle done with warm water three times a day. Fruit juice more. Vitamin C BD for five days can be prescribed. Avoid excess spicy foods. Drink more water. If no improvement than ASO titre done and CBC done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
