General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a gastrointestinal infection.
I would suggest you to use anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen three times a day. I also suggest you to take probiotics and Simethicone medication for the bloating.
You should continue taking liquids and rest.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
