HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The abnormal sensations that you are experiencing may be due to poor circulation or the disc in your back.
The back problems may cause compression or injury of the surrounding nerves.

If there is no recent imaging of the spine , particularly an MRI, then you may need to have one done to determine if any of the nerves are being affected.

There are medications that can help with nerve related abnormal sensations if this is found to be the cause.

If it is though to be related to the circulation then appropriate exercise and medication (aspirin, for cholesterol, control blood pressure and diabetes), exposure to cigarette smoke, would have to be considered.

I hope this helps
