( interval of 10-12 hours ). Reduce fever by tepid sponging and paracetamol. Repeat frisium after 10-12 hours . Febrile seizures are usually benign condition , if any way seizures occur , keep child in lateral position to avoid aspiration , usually seizures subside in 2-3 minutes .
