Suggest Treatment For Febrile Seizure In A Baby

We were just discharged from the Er with our 19 month son for a febrile seizure. While there he was given Ativan and slept most of the time we were there. He has woken a bit but is shaking severely and teeth chattering as if he has the chills. Could this be from the Ativan?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of chills and teeth chattering are not due to medicine but it could be due to the disease condition it self and it need to be differentiate better to inform the symptoms to paediatrician hope this information helps.
