Findings: The liver is of diffusely increased echogenicity suggesting fatty liver. No focal hepatic parenchymal lesion is seen. The gallbladder is not identified, consistent with cholecystectomy. Bile ducts are no dilated, with the common duct measuring 5 mm at the ports hepatic. What does this mean?
it is completely normal and you have nothing to worry regarding this. because fatty liver indicates just deposition of cholesterol in the liver and it needed to be graded. so do the cholesterol blood test and meet a general surgeon and take advice from him.
hope i answered your question. take care
