Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver And High BP

I was told by my doctor I have a fatty liver. I am on Thyroid, High Blood Pressure & type 2 diabetic.no insulin. I have lost 9 lbs. I am not looking for a pill to fix it, I want to know if I can remove some fat and what to not increase. My age is 60 and female.

Hi,

Fatty liver have treatment but in last resort transplant not that we can remove fat from it, few things that we can do are omega-3 fatty acids, weight loss of 3%-5% of body weight, abstinence from alcohol. Yes, one surgery option can be foregut bariatric surgery is not contraindicated in otherwise eligible obese individuals with NAFLD or NASH but without established cirrhosis, and high-fructose diets (eg: sodas and preserved foods) are factors for developing fatty liver.
