General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection.

I recommend using mucolytics for a cough such as Mucinex.

If the symptoms continue I also recommend using antibiotics.

I suggest Augmentin.

It is a prescription medication, so you should consult your doctor before the treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
