Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Dry Skin

Please what pathology could be associated with extreme sensitivity to temperature extremes (heat & cold), general body weakness, rapid exhaustion/ fatigue on exertion, mental sluggishness/ retardation, dry skin, coarse hair, excessive urination esp in a cold weather, urine urgency/ dribbling, bilateral side pain ( below the ampits) on exposure to cold

Kindly get your blood tested for thyroid profile - T3, T4 and TSH levels.
