Suggest Treatment For Fainting In Elderly Woman

My 74 yr old mom recently had a fainting spell at her hairdressers and was brought via ambulance to the ER. I work at the hospital and went immediately back there. She was awake, but unresponsive and confused for approximately 90 minutes. Kept overnight with a heart monitor (no previous heart problems) and felt fine after the initial 90 minute "period". However, I am not satisfied that she is ok - I am thinking TIA although CT scan and ultrasound of her neck were fine. I requested follow up consult with Cardiology and Neurology and want to know what the right questions to ask at these follow up visits?

Get an Fasting lipid profile ,FBS done
dizziness is caused by Posterior circulatory stroke in which CT scan is done so get an MRI BRAIN done to rule out posterior stroke.
