Suggest Treatment For Eye Pain And Light Sensitivity In A Toddler

My almost 4yo has been complaining off and on for a couple months of eye pain. She will suddenly say they hurt and cry (without tears) for a few moments and then it s gone. It happens in both eyes, sometimes in just one, sometimes both at same time. She also shows light sensitivity, but not all the time. Today she woke up with a lot of broken vessels in one eye. She is again saying they hurt off and on. She s running a fever as well. Last year she suffered a large scrap to her cornea, but only to one eye. Probably unrelated, but worth mentioning

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be allergic condition of eye and this can be initially treated with antihistamine eye drops, if this fails to respond then it is highly advisable to have opinion from ophthalmologist, because it is not advisable to take this lightly, hope this helps, take care.
