Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that your child met with eye injury by a iron rod.
The eye injuries usually carry poor visual prognosis particularly injuries involving corneal tear or scleral injuries. However by meticulous repair useful vision can be obtained if posterior segment of the eye/ retina and optic nerve are not involved.
If possible do send me the details of eye injury and surgery so that I can advice you more accurately.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Thank you
