Suggest Treatment For Eye Infection

Hi, I got an eye infection and went to Urgent Care today. They gave me Ciprofloxacin 0.3% eye drops. I used it couple of times already however it does not help with pain, dryness and EXTREME irritation of my eyes. I can t stop rubbing my eyes and I broke blood vessels already. Is it any other medication I can use on the side of Ciprofloxacin to help with this problem? Thank you, Ric

whatever may be antibiotic it takes few days torespond. now your complain is about dry eye and itching. so start taking levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily and cromal eye drop may be applied 3times daily. apply rfresh eye tear drop 3times daily. you will improve with this treatment,but wait for atleast tendays.
