Suggest Treatment For Eye Infection

I woke last night with an excessive amount of goop in my right eye that had crusted over my eyelashes. Today I have had to wipe my lower eyelid to remove a significant amount of goop frequently. The goop is yellow and some green. My eyelids are swollen and you can t see my glands when turning my lid inside out due to the redness. What can I do to improve my symptoms? What do I have?
