Suggest Treatment For Extreme High Blood Pressure

Hi , yes please help, I have extreme high blood pressure, my doc has me on 5 different medication, plus a water pill, is this too excessive? Last b/p reading today 165/88, and are these 5 different b/p meds preventing me to be able to function sexually?

Yes..BP medications like Diuretics(water pills),betablockers,losartan group of drugs can cause sexual dysfunction.Get your blood pressure monitored regularly.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.Control your blood pressure to less than 130/80.Avoid fatty foods.Restrict your salt intake to less than 6g/day.Take fruits and vegetable salads.Avoid stress and anxiety..Exercise regularly for 20 to 30 min.Meditation,Yoga,Breathing exercises.Consult your cardiologist for expert management.
