Suggest Treatment For Extreme Genital Itching

I have severe genital itching, and several places that feel like lesions, and are irritated with urination and intercourse. on vulva and between vagina and anus. Any idea what this could be? Sometimes they bleed from scratching. I had a yeast infection which responded to over the counter medication. The bumpy lesions are still there

From your description, it appears that you could be having skin inflammation due to mixed infection of fungus and bacteria.

Kindly do the following to overcome it.
• Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
• After drying, apply cream containing Clotrimazole with Gentamicin combination.
• Take tablet Levocetirizine once a day to control itching.
• Wear loose-fitting undergarments preferably made of cotton.
• Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
• Maintain good personal hygiene.
