Suggest Treatment For Extreme Fatigue, Shortness Of Breath And Heat Sensitivity

I am experiencing extreme fatigue/shortness of breath and heat sensitivity although my thyroid panel was normal. I am taking a calcium channel blocker for blood pressure Celexa for anxiety and Symbicort and a rescue inhaler as needed. I feel that my GP brushed me off when I went over my symptoms with him and I know something is not right but can t seem to get him to hear me. I had a heart cath several years back that showed minimal pulmonary hypertension and am a little concerned that this may be some of my problem. I suppose I just need some direction as to which type physician to go to for the proper treatment of my health problem. I am otherwise a healthy 63 year old female 5 7.5 , 181 lbs who up until recently (12 months are so) have been very active now I get tired and winded just walking 20 feet or so. Thank you for any advice you can give me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I can understand ur concerns.
Consult a Pulmonologist for the concerns. Also take an advice from Cardiologist. It will complete your work up and I am sure they together will reach to a conclusion after carefully examining both the systems.
In my view, if there was pulmonary hypertension, this is all due to that and also it leads to heart issues when persists chronically. U should have to consult cardiologist for any heart chamber size changes or decreases in cardiac function.

Have a nice time. Give feedback so that I may assist u better next time.
Regards!
