Suggest Treatment For Extreme Fatigue And Weakness

I am 44 and been getting extreme fatigue for quite a few weeks followed by dropping things and weekness in my hands, I am feeling hungry all the time, and ache a lot. I work hard in a hairdressers but no harder now than normal usually I pick up this time of year but have not been able to stop feeling tired

Hi welcome to HCM...

For your weakness work up done in following ways ...
1.Complete history and physical examination...
2.CBC with peripheral smear examination
3.Serum TSH and free t4 ...

If PS suggest anemia than according to need further investigation done with serum ferritin , B12 estimation and electrophoresis ....

According to cause further treatment guided
If iron deficiency anemia present than you might given orofer xt like drug ....
