Suggest Treatment For Extreme Difficulty In Falling Asleep Causing Fatigue

Hi im an 18 year old female and have about 2 things i want to ask.. first I am constantly not being able to sleep and am so tired all the time and i dont know why and would like some answers on that and second is in my right hand ive been getting a pain but no pattern happens every now and then and the pain is like glass shattering and its long lasting but recently its been every day mostly in mornings and evenings the pain gets worse. 4 years ago in the same hand i had de quervain s tendonitis in the same hand and this is my writing hand... please help me figure this out i work with kids and could really know so i can find a way to manage this..Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, fibromyalgia could be very likely condition and more or less this is functional condition and try to come out the stress and depression if you ever have it, and this is nothing to worry, try some relaxation therapy, exercise, yoga, and meditation, hope this is helps, take care and have a nice day.
