Suggest Treatment For External Hemorrhoids
hello Dr. Em only 20 and I've been suffering from external hemorrhoids since last 8 months,(i heard that only 45-50 years of persons suffer from it) I went to the Dr & she recommended some medicines and a cream(tetranol). she asked me to come back if the medicines did not work. taking medicines and using the cream, reduced swelling and itching. I thought piles will go soon, but now again i feel pain itching, irritation and there is a huge increase in swelling. i also feel severe pain in my legs and back. in the past i had a kidney operation and, stomach ulcer, is there any connection between these and hemorrhoids? Dr. please help me for i want me to be safe from surgery, :'( please

Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like straining during bowel movements , sitting for long periods of time on the toilet , chronic diarrhea or constipation , obesity , low fiber diet . Consult doctor for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics cover so that they will not get infected , along with analgesic and laxative and topical oitment containing local anesthesia and corticosteroid . Doctor may recommend surgery to remove them . For now avoid spicy and heavy food , eat more vegetables and fruits .
