Hi.
As per your case-history you are having haemorrhoid and skin-tags. About the lump we need to ask you - whether it pains or not? what is the duration of lump? Is there any discharge from lump?

My probable diagnosis for lump would be either an abscess or a peri-anal cyst.

It is better to consult a general surgeon to have further examination of lump done and other relevant investigation done to reach to perfect diagnosis.
Thanks.
