Suggest Treatment For Excruciating Low Back Pain

Hi Since yesterday , I have excruciating low back pain (in the center) .It feels bruised when I touch it but I did not bang myself. It hurts to sit, stand, walk, bend , everything. I don t want to run to the doctor if it will pass soon . YYYY@YYYY

the causes if back pain are many

it can be due to arthritis, spondylosis

which are far more common

if it is associated with numbness in the lower limb and any sensory disturbances better you consult a doctor and get an x ray done

til then use etodolac tablet for two times daily for 5 days
