Suggest Treatment For Excessive Muscle Spasms

I have been having muscle spasms (full body for 3 days) now just from the abdomen up for a week. Also experiencing some headache pain and numbness and tingling in my left hand. I am currently taking a muscle relaxant to sleep at night, but have to work during the day. Sometimes, the spasms are so bad I feel like I can t breathe or swallow.
